Lily Allen conned out of $7,000

Pint-sized British singer Lily Allen has revealed she was once conned out of $7,000 - by a stripper.

The 'Smile' star fell victim to the female stripper who posed as the singer after finding details of her private taxi account.

Lily, 22, only discovered she had been swindled out of the cash when she received the huge cab bill.

"One of my biggest luxuries in life is taking cabs," she says on her TV show, Lily Allen and Friends. "Then I found out a stripper had stolen my details and run up a £3,500 ($7k) bill.

"She was using my taxi firm to drop her off for work at her strip club every night – and charging me."

Lily also confessed that she was refused tickets to see the Spice Girls perform at London's O2 Arena. "I was told I'd been blacklisted and wasn't allowed a ticket," she said. "I still have no idea why."
