Larry Birkhead to pocket $250k from Dannielynn's eye surgery

Anna Nicole Smith's ex-lover Larry Birkhead has denied claims that he plans to cash in on daughter Dannielynn's eye surgery -- but according to reports, he has already lined up a lucrative deal with two high-profile celebrity TV shows, which will see him make around $250k.

Larry is set to invite camera crews for Entertainment Tonight and The Insider into the hospital when the tot has the operation next month. Birkhead, who has made many millions of dollars from photos and interviews based around Dannielynn, was set to get $250,000 for the latest footage, according to a source close to the deal.

However, Birkhead told Page Six: "It's not true.

"I don't mind letting the world know how she is when she's done, but no cameras will be there during the surgery. The only reason I spoke about it to begin with was because people blamed Anna's medications when, in fact, it's genetic."

Dannielynn suffers from stabismus - a condition hereditary in Anna Nicole's family.
