Patrick Dempsey blushes on the Oscars red carpet

Movie hunk Patrick Dempsey turned the same colour as the famous Oscars red carpet when presented with his own doll.

The 'Enchanted' star squirmed with embarrassment when presenter Ryan Seacrest pulled out the doll during their interview. And he was even more red-faced when Seacrest pointed out the doll's eyes are the wrong colour.

Patrick, who also stars in TV smash hit 'Grey's Anatomy', said: "It's a wonderful likeness, don't you think?"

"Please go out and buy this."

Asked by Seacrest to touch the doll's hair, he joked: "This is part of my hair campaign, 'Hairspray For Men'.

"If you ever get scared your hair is ever going to move, spray it on and it ends up like this."

Seacrest piled on the agony for Patrick by giving him the box the doll comes in, complete with a "trench coat."
