Jamie Lynn Spears' family opposed to her marrying boyfriend

Jamie Lynn Spears and boyfriend Casey Aldridge won't be getting married anytime soon, despite reports to the contrary.

This week's People magazine claims that Spears' parents have arranged a summer wedding for the 'Zoey 101' actress -- but sources close to the family claim that both Jamie, Lynne and big-sister Britney Spears are vehemently opposed to the idea.

"Jamie, does not want the wedding and neither does Britney," a family insider tells Page Six "Jamie thinks she is too young [and] Lynne is stressed out about the whole thing."

And if Jamie 16, and Casey, 18, do try and get hitched on their own, the law in Louisiana - where they currently live - may be blocking the way. The state mandates that if either party to the marriage is between the ages of 16 and 18, written parental consent is required.

Adds another insider: "This is why Lynne went back to Louisiana earlier than planned. She had wanted to stay in L.A. with Britney for a bit longer, but this situation arose with Jamie Lynn."
