Madonna and Guy Ritchie 'lead largely separate lives'
Pop superstar Madonna and her film director husband Guy Ritchie hardly ever see each other -- and lead largely separate lives, the singer's father-in-law has claimed.
John Ritchie, 79, said: "They are not spending any time together at the moment.'
He told Britain's Grazia magazine: "Madonna and the children are rushing around together like mad and Guy wants to stay in England."
And a family friend claims the less the couple see each other, the better.
The insider said Madonna, 49, spent years trailing Ritchie around his favorite pubs. But the pal said: "However, what Guy appreciates and respects most is space to do his own thing. The more she leaves him alone, the better they get on."

When will the media stop
When will the media stop twisting what Guy's dad says- that's if he has actually spoken to the media! Until 2 weeks ago Madonna and Guy have been together in London since returning from India at New Year. That's about 2 months I think! How do I know? Because Ive seen them every week at Kabbalah! Now that's the truth!! M. is now having to be in the US because of preparing to promote her new album and Guy is putting finishing touches to his next movie I would imagine! However I'm sure they speak everyday on the phone. I've never seen them so solid!
