Jessica Simpson has a new pad in Las Vegas

Sexy starlet Jessica Simpson has a new love nest to share with American Football hunk Tony Romo after snapping up a luxury suite in Las Vegas.

The movie beauty has reportedly sealed a deal for the stylish one-bedroom suite at the Palms Place hotel, where penthouses cost more than $1 million.

Insiders claim Jessica has not even seen the unit yet.

A source told website PageSix.com the purchase of the condo was started when the 'Dukes of Hazzard' babe was still married to ex-husband Nick Lachey. They claim she got to keep it in their 2005 divorce.

Jessica's new place boasts 1,200 square feet of living space, hardwood and marble floors, nine-foot ceilings and balconies. It also has a living room with fireplace, plasma TVs and a king-size bed. The 47-story Palms Place has a 50,000 square-foot swimming pool and spa enclave.

It's luxurious facilities include Drift Spa, featuring Las Vegas's first ever hammam, an elegant Turkish spa. Next door is the exclusive Palms Resort and casino, which offers gaming, entertainment and dining.

Jessica's new neighbours will include rapper Eminem and wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.

Palms Place owner George Maloof told PageSix.com: "We are thrilled that Jessica is among the first to purchase at Palms Place.

"We've created a resort atmosphere unlike anything on or off the Las Vegas Strip."
