Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards 'settle custody battle'
Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards have reached a settlement in their bitter custody battle, according to US reports.
The case has apparently been settled 100 per cent in the Two and a Half Men star's favor.
US entertainment show Extra claims the actor has emerged victorious and is getting everything he originally asked for.
Sheen, 42, and Richards, 37, married in June 2002 and have two daughters together - Sam and Lola. But Richards filed for divorce in March 2005 and the couple's divorce was made legal in November 2006.
Their battle over assets and custody of their two children got nasty, with Richards claiming her ex is attracted to underage women and likes revealing his private parts on the Internet.
She alleged he only got engaged to current fiancée Brooke Mueller to get their faces in the tabloid magazines, and said their kids did not learn of their father's engagement until it was announced on television.
Mueller hit back at the accusations, calling them absurd, and Sheen previously told Extra: "We've always stood by the reality that the truth will prevail."
Sheen and Mueller pledged their commitment to one another in July last year, after the actor proposed in Costa Rica with a $500,000 ring.
They are due to get married this summer.
