Dita Von Teese suing Erotica for $25,000

Burlesque babe Dita Von Teese is suing a company for $25,000 she claims it owes her for sexy shows she performed in London last year.

The beauty - real name Heather Sweet - filed the breach of contract suite in Los Angeles County Superior Court today alleging Erotica Limited owes her the money for appearing at their 2007 trade show.

A representative for Erotica Limited was not immediately available for comment.

The suit says Von Teese only received half of the $50,000 promised her in a deal which saw her perform two shows a day at Earls Court from November 23 to 25.

It alleges the ex-wife of shock rocker Marilyn Manson received the first of two $25,000 installments shortly after the contract was signed. But it claims the company failed to come up with the rest of the cash.

Erotica Limited also allegedly cut off contact with Von Teese and her representatives after the trade show.

The suit says the company reportedly used Von Teese's 2007 performances to promote this year's event.
