Brad Pitt joined by Bill Clinton in New Orleans
Brad Pitt was joined by former US President Bill Clinton while in New Orleans Sunday.
Brad, 44, was in the area starting work on his Make It Right project, which aims to build 150 new affordable homes for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Sporting his trademark newsboy cap, Pitt and Clinton toured the Lower 9th Ward where the new homes will be built as hundreds of volunteers helped clean and prepare the land, the Associated Press reports.
"We hope to see a huge change here in the next six months," Pitt told locals as he signed autographs and posed for photos.
The 'Fight Club' stars' Make It Right project in the Lower 9th Ward was the site for the Clinton Global Initiative University, a three-day program that kicked off Friday.
Through a series of workshops and lectures, CGIU asks college students and universities to develop solutions to global problems.
