Heather Mills gets $48.6million
Heather Mills emerged triumphant from London's High Court today -- after securing herself a $48.6million divorce settlement from Sir Paul McCartney.
The former glamor model, dubbed Mucca by British tabloids due to her murky past, was all smiles as she addressed the world's media on the steps of the London court.
She said "It was an incredible result in the end."
Sir Paul, 65, reportedly arrived at court 34 at 10:15am, and was followed shortly by his estranged wife. The former Beatle was sporting a gray overcoat, while Mills, 40, wore a grey, blue and green three-piece suit and blouse.
The decision -- given by Mr Justice Bennett -- was held in private,. He is expected to take instructions from the parties over whether any details should be made public so as to end media speculation.
Insiders suggest either party is likely to object to basic details being released. The decision over releasing any details will be made when both parties agree.
Some lawyers claimed it could have been the biggest contested divorce settlement in British legal history with a final payout of around $120million.
Ahead of the judgment this morning Heather stripped her website of rants about her divorce with Sir Paul.
The mother of one has removed a short film of the paparazzi "hounding" her, pictures of the couple together, and a blast at the press.
Also gone were her blog, links to landmine and vegetarian campaigns, anti-seal clubbing and amputee charities.
A source close to the embattled former couple said: "It seems very strange that the day before she’s due in court to officially hear how much she’s getting from Paul, her inflammatory website is suddenly empty.
"It may be that she is going to make a fresh start, or update it, but it all seems too much of a coincidence."
Paul, worth an estimated $1.65bn, married Heather -- who has been married before -- in 2002 but they split four years later.

Heather Mills is a classic airhead bimbo who is a gold digging tramp, she deserves the label Britain media gave her. She is a disgrace to honest working women and, I hope she is one of the most despised women in the world. She does not deserve the super rich and inflated settlement for a few lousy years of marriage. The judge is an imbecile donkey who is extremely generous and a neanderthal with little brains. The most Mills should have gotten was $7,000,000.00 usa. Women like her feel their value is bloated by her egotistical demeanor. Even high price hookers do not charge that much for 4 years.

Paul came out a winner on this one. The porno gold digger had wanted $125 million. Paul first offered $31 million inclusive. Mills gets a total of $33 million in their divorce in addition to the $15 million she's already received. She gets $1.2 million a year for herself and $5 million for her to purchase property in London.
The judgment included $70,000 a year for Beatrice. Mills said she was unhappy with that amount because it isn't enough for school tuition, private security, or first-class airfare. Obviously Mills can't be bothered to pay for airfare for her daughter out of her cut.
Then the trollop has the nerve to say “Paul was offering a lot less, which you'll see in the judgment, and very much last minute to put me and Beatrice sadly through this ... incredibly sad”! Paul put her through what????
Heather Mucca has been trying to blackmail Paulie ever since this thing blew up, wanting $125 million, for what? Laying on her back? She was the one ranting and raving on TV, “putting everyone through it”. Paul looks a lot older now and suffered chest pains from her mad theatrics.
She wanted to shout from the rooftops what a bruiser McCartney is. She fought to be able to “expose him”. Now she objects to the disclosure of the settlement. Must be some bad karma for her to want to bury the news.
Heather said at the end of her rant to the press “after all he did sue his best friends” referring to the long war of attrition between Paul and the rest of the Beatles over earnings and royalties in the 1970's.
Great news chickee poo! This guy takes no prisoners! If you had kept your mouth quiet and not tried to smear him he probably would have been a heck of a lot more generous. But now take your pitifully meager 50 million bucks and slither back under your rock and leave us alone.
