Sam Lutfi agrees to stay away from Britney Spears for 30 extra days
Sam Lutfi has agreed to an extension on the restraining order placed on him by Britney Spears.
Lutfi and the conservators of the pop star's estate have avoided a court showdown scheduled for tomorrow by agreeing to extend Sam's restraining order for 30 days.
Spears' former manager is forbidden from getting within 250 yards of Spears, her homes and her family homes under the existing order that was due to end tomorrow.
It is believed the commissioner, Reva Goetz will sign off papers on the extension at the hearing tomorrow.
Lutfi and the conservators, were reportedly grid-locked in talks last week, with Lutfi looking to fight any extension. But it appears that Lutfi has changed his mind and accepted an extension.
Jamie Spears is still currently in control of daughter Britney Spears' estate until 31 July.
Superiror Court Commisioner Goetz extended Jamie Spears' control during an unscheduled hearing that took place 6 March. Goetz named Jamie Spears co-conservator with attorney Andrew Wallet in early February.
