Hollywood star Patricia Arquette’s actor husband Thomas Jane has been arrested for DUI.

Jane - real name Thomas Elliot - was stopped by cops in Kern County, California, on Monday morning.

He has been charged with DUI and having a blood alcohol level above .08%.

US reports claimed the ‘Punisher’ actor was pulled over for speeding by highway patrol officers.

He is due to appear in court for arraignment on April 9.
