Jamie Lynn Spears seeing a therapist

Pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears is allegedly seeing a therapist to help her cope with emotional issues, it has been claimed.

The expectant little sister of Britney Spears has reportedly been seeing the therapist since January, at her mum's request.

And Jamie Lynn, 16, believes that her parents are too busy concentrating on Britney's issues, rather than her own teen pregnancy, according to the National Enquirer magazine.

"Lynne and Jamie Spears are both concentrating on Britney right now," an insider told the magazine. "Jamie Lynn isn't the center of attention, and she's taking care of herself in Kentwood.

"She's frightened about being a new mum and isn't sure she knows what to do once the baby arrives.

"Her experience is limited to a few visits with her nephews, and she lacks the confidence that she'll be a good mum."

Jamie Lynn is also taking parenting classes at the pregnancy center near her family home, which were suggested by her pals.

And she also reportedly turned for advice to Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline, who suggested she speak to her mother.
