Simon Cowell says Paula Abdul's a good kisser

Saucy Simon Cowell revealed he is ready for another smooch with fellow 'American Idol' judge Paula Abdul and told her: "You're actually a very good kisser."

TV's Mr Nasty left Paula gobsmacked when he was asked if he would consider a repeat of a screen snog from a previous Idol series.

He did not hesitate in replying: "The answer is yes. I'll tell you why."

Then he turned to giggling Paula and said: "You're actually a very good kisser."

Cowell was asked about the kiss in a viewers' question and answer session on last night's American Idol elimination show.

But he wasn't too thrilled when one viewer asked him: "Why do you spend so much money on cars and nothing on clothes?"

Minted Cowell, who recently splashed out $1 million on a Bugatti Veyron supercar, said: "That's a very rude question.

"It's implying I look terrible.

"I will tell you why - because unlike other people on this show I don't actually have an ego.

"I don't think about what I'm going to be wearing in advance."

Host Ryan Seacrest also confirmed Dolly Parton, Mariah Carey, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Neil Diamond as the celebrity mentors who will help the wannabe singers this series.
