Matthew McConaughey to "explore the world" with his baby

Matthew McConaughey's baby will likely see the world with his famous father.

"We're going to probably travel, go on a few adventures together," the dad-to-be, 38, said at the London premiere of Fool's Gold on Thursday.

"Me, the child and my girlfriend Camila will hopefully stay on the road ... go explore the world.

"One of the great things about my job is I go all over the world," he added. "Some of the best people I've met are from when I travel."

The actor announced that he and 24-year-old model Alves were expecting their first child together in January. "We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God," he wrote on his Web site.

As fatherhood approaches, McConaughey vowed he will remain sporty.

"I just try and break a sweat every day somehow — whether it's dancing, running," the always- shirtless star said. "Today, I went and kicked a football."
