Paul McCartney to take Heather Mills on tour

April 20 2008

Paul McCartneySir Paul McCartney is so desperate to take his 4-year-old daughter Beatrice on tour with him -- he's prepared to let ex-wife Heather Mills tag along, too.

The former Beatle -- who is set to embark on a 14-month world tour later in the year -- will be forced to agree another custody deal with Heather, just so Bea can join him on the road.

And, against the advice of pals, Paul, 65, is willing to shell out more money on flights and hotels so Mucca -- who recently bagged a $48.6m divorce settlement from the music legend -- can trot round the globe too.

An insider said: "Paul is desperate to keep Bea close by him. If he just heads off round the world he will get upset at not seeing her.

"He realizes he has to do some kind of deal with Heather, and to keep disruption to a minimum he has come up with this idea. He feels that letting Heather fly to him where they are touring could be the best way."

The source added to Britain's News of The World newspaper: "Many of those close to him are not sure this plan will work.

"Heather is so unpredictable that anything could happen."

Paul's bitter divorce battle with Heather, 40, delayed plans for the tour, possibly his last, three times. He hopes to set off this year.
