Minnie Driver amused by pregnancy rumors

Pregnant Minnie Driver says she finds the world media's obsession with who the father of her unborn child is amusing.

The British singer/actress, who was sporting a tiny baby bump and speaking before the Paley Center event An Evening With The Riches in Beverly Hills, laughed that the attention she'd been getting was insane, saying: "It's crazy."

Although Driver kept mum about who the daddy is, she insisted she doesn't mind people asking her about her new bump. "It's really weird," she said. "It's the new obsession with celebrity when you're pregnant.

"I'm not quite sure why that is but it's nicer than them wanting a picture of your knickers!"

Minnie, wearing a fitted wrap-around red dress, revealed she's had to adapt her shopping habits since falling pregnant. "It's from Isabella Oliver, since I've been pregnant it's my very favorite store - she's English."

The 'Good Will Hunting' actress insisted she was making the most of her pregnancy in order to invest in some new clothes. "Even though you know it doesn't have a very long shelf life, it's fun, it's nice," she added.

"I guess I'm lucky as I'm tall and I can pull off the 12 extra pounds I'm carrying."
