Victoria Beckham denies Katie Holmes fall out rumors

Victoria Beckham has denied reports she has fallen out with pal Katie Holmes.

The pair, who have been friends since Victoria's move to Los Angeles with husband David Beckham last year, have been dogged by rumors they are drifting apart these past few months; and the rumors were further fueled when Katie, 29, failed to show at the singer's recent 34th birthday celebrations.

And internet reports suggest the former 'Dawson's Creek' star snubbed Beckham at a recent restaurant encounter.

No reason was given for the fall-out, and now a representative for Victoria has dismissed the speculation, claiming David and Victoria are still good friends with Holmes and her husband Tom Cruise.

"They all had a drink together, and Tom and Katie and David and Victoria were all out for dinner together last Friday," said the rep.
