Hey Madonna, what about the 12 year olds in the RPF (Scientology slave camps)?

I would say THEY are a bit closer to Malawi orphans than Tom Cruise.

Too many celebs talk about things they know nothing about. Her comments of support for Tom are laudable, but she should also then recognize the terrible human rights abuses that are carried out by Scientology, otherwise she's complicit.

I don't care who or what people worship or believe either, UNTIL it directly harms people. Scientology's policy of disconnection breaks-up families. It's Fair Game policy stalks and harasses former members and critics. They preach they are an evolved species (homo-novis) that are better than the rest of humanity, and that non-scientologists (they call them wogs) are a lower lifeform.

Freedom of Religion means Religion should be FREE. Not a pyramid-scheme that relies on sheltering itself and its members from the rest of the world, preventing them from the communication and education that could alert them to the potential dangers that await.

Feel free to watch the Jason Beghe interview (the full one) for quite a few eye-openers about this 'harmless religion'. While his pain and shame is evident, and sometimes his dialogue is hard to follow due to Scientology having their own terminology, you will learn quite a bit of the dangers behind Tom Cruise's 'harmless funny religion'.

Actually...Scientology DOES have all of those things as well as rape. Ask former Scientologist Tommy Gorman and his wife who were victims of such a cover up.

Except in Scientology, it is a HIGH-CRIME to report another Scientologist's misdeeds to the authorities. The only 'crimes' they care about are the ones that could potentially expose their global scam and abuse.

The Pope is at least honest about the wrongs happening in his church. Can David Miscaviage say the same? Or did he send his wife to RPF (Scientology prison) to cover up his extra-marital affair?

When Tom Cruise is promoting Scientology, he is promoting an organisation (I'll refrain from using either 'c' word) that enslaves and brainwashes its own followers to make lots and lots of money. Fine for Tom, who has lots and lots of money to waste on 'spiritual enlightenment' but maybe Madonna should do some research on this so-called religion. Everyone should also watch the Jason Beghe interview on his time as a 'celebrity Scientologist'. It may shed some light on the topic for those who just think it's a weird, but harmless religion.

Funny how my first post was removed. Anyway, Scientology DOES have such issues. Except in Scientology, it is considered a high-crime to report another scientologist. Thus while the pope attempted to address and make amends for the Catholic church scandal, Scientology makes it a crime to bring anything to light and sweeps it under the carpet. The only crimes they care about are those against recruitment numbers.

I agree with the previous comment. You have the right to believe what you want, but Scientology is a serious human rights basket case.
