Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil offered $2m book deal

Troubled Amy Winehouse and her jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil have been offered $2million for a book about their turbulent marriage.

The 24-year-old 'Rehab' singer is in talks with Penguin Books, while Blake, 26, has agreed.

Blake is currently on remand in London's Pentonville prison for assault and perverting the course of justice.

A pal said: "They are prepared for it to be warts and all."

Meanwhile, the singer has said she's "excited" to be back at work in the studio following her three Ivor Novello Award nominations.

"Winning Ivors for my songwriting have been some of the best moments in my music career," says Amy. "I'm overwhelmed to be nominated three times, let alone twice in the same category.

"It's come at a great time too. I'm excited to be back at work in the studio, enjoying songwriting and making music again."
