Lindsay Lohan is being lined-up to star in Ugly Betty.

Citing “multiple sources”, TV Guide says the Mean Girls actress is in advanced discussions to guest-star in the show’s May 22 season finale, which is currently in production.

As well as a guest spot on the final episode of season three, Betty producers are also in negotiations with Lohan to appear in up to eight episodes of the show’s fourth season.

Specifics on Lohan’s character are still being finalized, but she was originally set to play a fast-food worker that Betty befriends.

British supermodel Naomi Campbell is also set to star in the upcoming series finale.

Actress Becki Newton — who plays bitchy receptionist Amanda Sommers in the hit show — recently said: “She’s going to be in our last episode, which is exciting. I’ve personally requested that I don’t stand next to her because Amanda would not like to be seen with such a tall, pretty person.”
