Katie Price and Peter Andre are set to renew their wedding vows in a ceremony later this year.
The pair — who wed three years ago — are keen to banish rumors their marriage is on the rocks by walking down the aisle together for a second time in September.
While details of the ceremony remain secret, Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper claims it is taking place abroad in front of close family and friends.
A source reveals, “Katie and Peter first suggested getting their vows renewed last week – and plans are rapidly taking shape.
“They are really excited about it all and can’t wait to reaffirm their love and devotion.
“It’ll be a more private affair than the first wedding and a little more understated. But, Katie being Katie, there will be a few elaborate surprises in store!
“The kids — Harvey, Junior and Princess Tiaamii — will play a major role in festivities, and Peter is keen to pen some personal, heartfelt vows that will blow Katie away.
“The big day itself is going to be very elaborate and luxurious, and held on a beachside resort.
“Both Peter and Katie have taken time off in September for the do and are gearing up for a lavish second honeymoon!”
Katie — AKA Jordan — and Peter, who met on British reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004, got wed in a lavish ceremony the following year, which saw them arrive in a glass, horse-drawn Cinderella-style coach.
