Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will have no problems raising six children together, assures pal Wyclef Jean.
“They’ll be alright,” Jean said of the pair — who welcomed twins at the weekend. “They are a great couple.”
The Fugees star added he has “a lot of wishes” for the Hollywood stars.
Jolie gave birth to their fifth and sixth children — Knox and Vivienne — by caesarean section at the Lenval hospital in the southern French city of Nice late on Saturday. The couple’s four other children, Maddox; Pax; Zahara and Shiloh, were introduced to their new siblings shortly after.
Added Wyclef — who has an adopted daughter with his fashion designer wife Marie Claudinette Pierre-Jean, “I plan on calling them personally.”
Angelina’s dad Jon Voight was equally thrilled about the babies.
“Twins are a big deal. How many people have seen twins?” he said Monday. “Even [if they're] the world’s most remarkable, sleep-oriented, calm children… two kids at the same time is a big deal.”
Jolie, 33, recently said that she and Voight have reconciled after years of estrangement.
“We’re in contact … and wish each other well,” she told the July issue of Vanity Fair. “I think it’s best that, if we try to have any relationship in the future, we do it quietly.”
