Jennifer Lopez Spends Two Hours a Day Training for Triathlon

New mom Jennifer Lopez is training two hours a day training for a triathlon, it has been revealed.

The ‘Jenny From the Block’ hitmaker — who gave birth to twins Max and Emme in February — has been busy running, swimming and cycling in order to prepare herself for the event, according to OK! magazine, who talked to the pop superstar’s longtime trainer, Gunna Peterson.

“The workouts change daily, depending on the day, the time and freedom,” Peterson told the magazine.

Lopez, who celebrates her 38th birthday today, is also preparing for the launch of a new fashion line and has a reality show in the works.

The trainer sheds light on how Lopez pulls it off, “She may be the most efficient multitasker I know. She literally has every aspect of her life in check,” he says. “She doesn’t have a nanny, a chef, or a nutritionist. She makes time for the kids. Family comes first.”
