I'm sad for Duchovny's wife and kids, and very glad to hear that he's in treatment.The disease should be out in the open, but it' such a painful thing to deal with, particularly for partners of the addict who are often betrayed in the most profound ways as a result of the addiction. I hope the media covers this respectfully. Like alcohol, drug and other addictions, sex addiction is devastating for the addict and those close to him. I’m sad for Duchovny’s wife and kids, and very glad to hear that he’s in treatment.
