There are non narcotic pain meds available if required and if Nicole is indeed that worried about her husband and his past repeating itself then maybe she should be with him instead of in another continent. Keith has become a much stronger person inside and out and has learned how to channel his energy and his pain. Rather than chance loosing his wife and child I think he would rather tough it out. I think this is more of just a publicity clip to keep her name in the news now that Keith has had so much publicity lately and Nicole is the one that has a movie coming out in Nov. She needs all the publicity she can get especially if this mega bucks film falls flat like the other films she's done of late. Keith is not in the middle of a tour. He's had a dozen shows since May. Hardly what I would call a major tour. Keith was just quoted as saying the back issue was blown out of proportion which is usually the case with the media. Nobody has ever mentioned surgery. And Nicole isn't even in Australia anymore. She's now in London getting ready for another movie. You would think a friend would know that. But whoever planted this story is just trying to play the "victim Nicole" card. This story is so stupid.
