SHIA LaBEOUF could still lose his drivers license over the Los Angeles car crash which left him with a mangled hand – because he refused to take a breathalyser test at the scene of the accident.
The actor was cleared of driving under the influence on Thursday (25Sep08) after prosecutors ruled there was insufficient evidence to charge him, following the 27 June (08) collision.
But the 22-year-old Indiana Jones star returns to court on Friday (26Sep08) to discover if he will be punished for declining a breath test. His license could be suspended for up to nine months.
