Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens have worked out a series of secret getaway routes so they can escape the prying eyes of the paparazzi.

The High School Musical stars – who are dating on & off screen -  are so sick of being followed by shutterbugs they even use their neighbors’ driveways and gardens to make their escape.

They say, “We are figuring out good ways to avoid them. If you can drive through private property they cannot follow so that is one way.

“It is a good trick. I cannot believe we did not figure it out sooner.”
