Carrie Underwood has denied rumors of a feud between herself and Jessica Simpson – insisting she doesn’t hold grudges.
Underwood previously dated Simpson’s current beau Tony Romo – and had claimed that she was still in contact with the sportsman following their split: “The phone will ring and it’ll be [Tony], and I’ll maybe not answer,” she recently said.
Jessica then fueled rumors of a feud by contradicting Carrie’s comments during a recent radio interview: “I looked at his call log. Tony and I both laughed at that. We got a chuckle out of it,” she has said.
But the former American Idol contestant insists she gets along fine with Simpson.
She says, “I met her once and she seemed really nice so I don’t have a feud with anybody.
“I generally have been friends with ex-boyfriends. Sometimes the whole media thing adds, well not sometimes, every time it adds a little obstacle.
“But before all this, everybody I had ever dated I was friends with.”
That is Carrie for you. Class all the way. People try to make something out of nothing, she just ignores it. She hasn’t got a mean bone in her cute little body!

Took her long enough to comment. Jessica took a lot of heat & crap & Carrie let her take the fall before she commented. This is not classy at all. If Carrie was all that classy she would have commented at the very beginning & the nastiness would have dies down a lot sooner.

why?? jessica is the one who got herself in trouble its not like jessica defended her she put her down…whenever she did talk about her why should carrie come to her rescue if anything carrie was the bigger person by putting it to rest…jessica was alot more rude if anything to carrie listen to the radio interviews on youtube shes a rude cunneiving jealous little b****. carrie didnt have to say anything about her. jessica is the insecure person in all of this and carrie can careless about this bimbo. carrie isn’t the one who will be in her shadow jessica will because jessica will never be that great to follow in carrie’s footsteps and she knows it.
