Lindsay Lohan has been dropped as host of the World Music Awards in Monaco next weekend – and replaced by Denise Richards.
The Mean Girls actress – who presented the prestigious awards show at London’s Earl Court in 2006 – was said to be “furious” that former Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe was drafted in to give her some back up during the show.
A source said, “Lindsay was furious that she wasn’t the star. The organizers had gone through a list of who was hot at the moment and returned to Lindsay again.
“But the feedback they got was really negative. They got worried and decided to change it.
“In the end it was decided by both parties it was better if she pulled out.”

In any business, you can not have a primadonna working for you. Ms Lohan is a cute girl but Producers don’t take crap from entertainers unless they are making them serious money. Ms. Lohan might need to take a good look at her finances, verses her talent and upcoming work. She might become a producers liability sooner than anyone thinks. I hope for the best. I felt her layout in the New Yorker was wonderful and most people don’t know that she has a good voice, I do. BUT, she is becoming a publicity problem for potential film makers. They all say the same thing, “Can we sell her”. It will be totally up to her. I know that if I had a contract to represent her, I would sit her down and give her the riot act. I don’t think it’s strange that Denise Richard’s is taking over the duties that Lindsay Lohan was supposed to do, but is too much of a f’ing diva to do! She was even fired from “Ugly Betty” b/c she couldn’t get along with the actors and/or the crew and producers. What a bitch! Denise Richard’s career may be at a stand-still, but her reality show is red hot right now! That’s why I think she was chosen to replace Lindsay…

Lindsay Lohan needs better agent. FYI: Denise Richards show got cancelled. You can keep on wishing that show was red-hot which was white-cold from the beginning. Boring show.
