Beyonce Ditches Fad Diets

Beyonce Knowles has turned to healthy eating and dancing to help her lose weight.

The Crazy in Love singer – who married rapper Jay-Z in a secret ceremony earlier this year – says she has ditched fad diets and just eats healthily in order to drop back to her usual dress size.

She explains, “I put on weight to play Etta James and now it’s hard getting back into shape. Especially at Thanksgiving because I ate a lot.

“But I have been dancing and staying away from food that was bad for me. I do the same as everybody else who wants to lose weight.”
