Russell Brand Installs Yoga Gym in London Home

Russell Brand is so determined to make sure he stays supple in bed he has gutted an entire floor of his four-storey home to create a huge yoga gym.

The British comedian – who is currently dating 22-year-old model Sydney Jo Jackson – apparently became hooked on discipline while he was in Los Angeles.

So Forgetting Sarah Marshall star Brand, 33, decided to bring his latest fad home with him to North London.

A source tells Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, “He is obsessed with yoga, and he vows it helps him in the bedroom by getting into positions other people cannot reach.

“His house is very sumptuous and lavish with black velvet chaise lounges and velvet wallpaper. Converting an entire floor into a yoga gym was just one of his extravagances.

“But it does get quite a bit of use – not only for yoga, if you know what I mean.”
