Britney Spears is moving home!

“I just took my babies to our new home and they loved it! I can’t wait to move in,” the Toxic hitmaker says on her website.

Spears’ new house is reportedly located in the exclusive Oaks community in Calabasas, Calif., where she was spotted with her entourage Tuesday unloading items such as her sons’ electric cars onto the property.

Britney – who is under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie, and has visitation rights – including overnights – with Jayden, 2, and Preston, 3, put her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Studio City, Calif., on the market for $7.195 million. (It was originally priced at $7.9 million, but because the house has been on the market since September with no offers, they lowered the price by $705,000.)

Spears, 27, had to leave the home twice in 2008 to be hospitalized at L.A.’s UCLA Medical Center.

In June, Britney said she wanted to move to “a lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood,” according to a court document filed by her co-conservators, her father and attorney Andrew Wallet.

The singer specified that she wanted a home “more accessible to parks and recreation areas” for her children, according to the document.
