Kerry Katona is evicting her mother from the home she bought her 10 years ago in bid to pay off her own tax bill, it was revealed Thursday.

The former Atomic Kitten star – who was declared bankrupt last year after failing to deliver the final £82,000 ($166k) of a £417,000 ($835k) tax bill – has given mom Sue just weeks to leave the house in Padgate, Cheshire, which has been valued at £110,000.

A source tells British newspaper The Mirror, “Sue’s devastated and can’t believe it’s finally come to this. She’s constantly in tears.

“Kerry can either sell it, Sue can buy it or it will be repossessed. She just hopes that Kerry can find some quick cash in the next month so she’s not booted out.”

Kerry, 28, came to blows with her mother two years ago when Sue branded her an “out-of-control cokehead”.

Last night a spokesman for Kerry refused to comment.
