Lindsay Lohan has sparked fresh fears for her health – after she was pictured with a series of scratch marks all over her arms.

Friends of the Mean Girls star – who has had a string of bitter rows with girlfriend Samantha Ronson – fear Lindsay is harming herself.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, “The marks looked really red and sore.

“She tried to hide them under a long-sleeved shirt but when she lifted up her arm to show someone a picture on her mobile phone you could see the lines on her arm.”

Lohan, 22, also appears to have lost a considerable amount of weight. Reports have claimed the stress of her relationship with Ronson is taking its toll on the troubled actress.
