Kimora Lee Simons and Russell Simmons have finalized their divorce, papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday reveal.

In the papers – obtained by Entertainment Tonight – the former coupled cited “dissolution” as the final judgment for the separation.

The pair – who married on December 20, 1998 – announced they were splitting in 2006.

In June 2008, Kimora Lee was granted sole legal and physical custody of the couple’s daughters, Ming Lee, 8; and Aoki Lee, 6. Russell has visitation with his daughters one week every two months, and for extended periods over the holidays and summer.

Kimora, 33, is currently expecting her first baby with actor Djimon Hounsou.
