Jennifer Hudson’s comeback is in full swing – the singer is set to embark on a six-week tour.

Hudson – who made her first public appearance since the October murders of her mother, brother and nephew at Sunday’s Super Bowl – will hit the road this spring.

Her manager Damien Smith has said the American Idol alum will headline a theater-sized tour in late March or early April.

He says, “Everybody stay tuned. You’ll be seeing a lot more of her.”

It has also been confirmed that Hudson, 27, has signed on to sing at the 40th NAACP Image Awards on Feb 12.

The Dream Girls star is also due to singer at the 51st annual Grammys where she is nominated for four awards.
