Brand Installs Hot-Tub in Garden

British comedian Russell Brand sure knows how to make a splash – he’s had a hot-tub installed in the back garden of his mansion in Hampstead, North London.
“It’s big enough for six but I think there’s been about seven in there,” Brand told the UK’s Absolute Radio.
“I am the only man that’s ever been in it, ever.
“Some people’s children were going to come in it, but I said, ‘Well can we wait until we’ve had the water tested?’”
Meanwhile, the controversial funnyman has been forced to cancel three shows due to a sore throat.
The performer jokingly said in a statement that he was “alone except for the cat” and pledged to honor the tickets at a later date.
Apologizing to disappointed fans, he said: “I will make it up to everyone at the rescheduled gigs on April 9, 10 and 11.
“I’m in bed, very confused, at the specialist’s insistence. I’m alone – except for the cat, who I’m thinking of putting a bikini on – it must be the fever.”
His performance at the Hammersmith Apollo last night and two at Glasgow’s Clyde Auditorium tonight and on Sunday have been canceled, publicist MBC said.
Brand has a throat infection and canceled the shows on medical advice.
