Jennifer Love Hewitt has revealed her secret to getting over a breakup – chocolate.

The Ghost Whisperer star – who recently ended her relationship with fiance Ross McCall – insists she doesn’t dwell on lost loves.

She says, “One day at a time, and lots of chocolate!

“Everybody has to get through it in their own way. I choose to believe that some people are just not right for you, and there’s somebody else who will be,.

“Sometimes it’ okay not to be friends.”
