Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband Chris Martin’s friendship with R&B couple Jay-Z and Beyonce is blossoming.

The Running With Scissors actress – who is BFFs with pop superstar Madonna – and Coldplay rocker Martin “is becoming really close pals with Jay-Z and Beyoncé,” a source told New York Post gossip column Page Six. “Gwyneth’s kids call him [Jay-Z] ‘Uncle Jay,’ and she and Chris were special guests at Jay-Z’s wedding.”

Paltrow could well be distancing herself from her friendship with Madonna.

It was recently claimed that Gwyneth and Chris came to blows over the actress’ increasingly-skinny frame – which the Material Girl was allegedly encouraging.

A source recently said, “Gwyneth works out six days a week with Tracy Anderson – the same trainer Madonna uses.

“Like Madonna, she’s been progressively increasing her exercise sessions and working her butt off.

“At first, Chris told her she looked good. In the beginning she was just becoming more toned.

“But now he thinks she risks losing all her curves. She’s even tried to get him to work out with her, which he flat out refuses to do.”
