Miley Cyrus likes watching people.

The 16-year-old singer/actress says she loves to sit unnoticed and comment on what passers-by are wearing.

She reveals, “I love fashion so I just love to go out and watch people go by and comment on all their outfits.

“It’s fascinating what people do and choose to wear and all that stuff.”

Hannah Montana star Miley recently revealed she’d like to be adopted by Angelina Jolie.

She said, “She’s beautiful…she could, like, adopt me!”
