Zac Efron Promises to Marry Vanessa Hudgens

Zac Efron has promised to marry girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens, according to reports.

Efron is said to have proposed to Hudgens during a joint trip to Japan in late January, and the pair will tie the knot in 2010.

One of the driving forces between the proposal, according to the National Enquirer, was Hudgens’ mother, Gina – who didn’t approve of the couple living together before they were married.

A source says, “Zac is relieved to be out of the pressure cooker, because Vanessa’s mom has been putting serious heat on him to make an honest woman of her daughter.

“She is old-school and doesn’t approve of Vanessa living with Zac without some type of wedding promise.

“Zac really loves the current arrangement. He adores Vanessa, and they gel really well together.

“Gina already considers Zac part of the family, so she’s happy that he proposed.”

    This is not real! Ok, i have austar and Zac said himself that it isant true beacause they think they are still too young.
    Any way, whats the point of this website? If two people want to get married then they can, the whole world deosent have to know about it in two seconds! Oh my gosh, grow up and be realistic!

    I wish people would leave them alone. they are a great couple and if they are engaged, congrats to them. if not, they are still together. And people who think they have bagged him, grow up. He is going wid Vanessa and isnt going to dump her for any saddos.

    i think zac wants to do that only bec v’s mum who is a very staunch catholic thing. but it doesnt mean he doesnt love v. he loves v, but thinks that marriage should be much later. they havent stayed together, but sleeping over at each other’s house a lot, anyway, when they go abroad, they stay in the same hotel room, isnt it?

    They are very young to consider getting married, even in 2010. If he’s smart, Zac will get her to sign a pre-nup.

    Although they have two seperate homes, technically they live together coz they are aways at one or the other’s house.
    BTW: I personally can’t w8 for them to get married and have kids so that they can be prettier than Suri, her cuteness is getting OLD!
