Robert Pattinson: ‘I Might Make an Album’
Robert Pattinson says he might record an album.
The British actor – who shot to fame playing vampire Edward Cullen in the recent Twilight movie – wants to make a record without the help of a label.
He reveals, “I might make an album but not through a record company or anything. I’d like to do something independent.
“I don’t care if people buy it or not. I’d just like to have it just for myself so I can work with good musicians and stuff.
“All my friends are musicians in London. They’re very talented. My best friend wrote one of the songs on the soundtrack with another friend of mine, this guy Marcus Foster who did Bobby Long.
“I went to school with Marcus. He taught me how to play guitar and stuff. He’s an amazing writer and singer and I thought to help somebody out. I’ve got nothing to lose.”

I hope Robert does a album I have his songs playing at work, all 5 that I have. I NEED MORE!!! Their are at least 12 other people that I know would buy copies.Please do it Robert, I have never had music make me feel the way yours does. I can’t get enough!!
I have 6 of his songs and i’m on the verge of obsessive over them. They’re fantastic. If he made an album I would scream like a crazy fangirl for the first time in my life.

I would absolutly love for Robert to make an album. I also write music and play guitar .. it’s hard but it’s a good way to get your emotions out. I think he should do it .. so many people would buy this album. From what I’ve heard of him, he’s really talented. I will support him on whatever he chooses to do.
I hope Robert is serious about cutting an album. He has such a great voice and enjoy listening to his music. Let your fans appreciate your music and talent.
I’ve really enjoy the six recordings I’ve been able to find on the internet, I’d love to hear more. I’d like to hear a full version of Let Me Sign for one. Go for it, may be one of the best ways to become known as more than Edward Cullen.

ROBERT! U should seriously come out with an album, ur voice is so different and I’m sick of the same ol’ music. Your voice is unique and I just can’t get enough, Let Me Sign, Never Think, and your cover of Van Morrison is NOT ENOUGH…I would LOVE for you to expand as a musician and artist! Honestly, your music has brought me something that no other music has brought me, when I listen to your music, it makes me smile, I adore your voice so much, it soothes me. I know that he has no intentions of “cashing in” as he says and doesn’t want a label however when he is on top of the world, as he is now, he will find success with whatever he sings and totally cash in!
He’s only being smart to take advantage of the limelight at this moment… he has the chance to share his talent in music with more people! His gifts, his talents should be shared!

Robert please make an album. If you did, on the day that it comes out I would rush down to the store and buy, no matter what my parents say. I loved you in Harry Potter. I totally thought he was Ray Lamontagne (whom I just recently discovered and know nothing about)when I watched Twilight. I would buy his music. Very soulful. Not crazy about his acting, but really appreciate his music. Acting should be his back up plan – music is his strength.

ohhh, i just love him , his acting but specially his music, he is such a great artist and he should do and album , i have one song called good night my angel i sleep whith that song , he has a great voice and diferent sound , my friends doesnt like him but i dont care , they just hear electronic or something alike , i will loved to have some new material of him , prove everyone how talented you are

He sounds like a cross between Van Morrison/Ray Lamontagne/Terry Reid/Ryan Adams/maybe even so Joe Cocker… He needs to make this album. HE OWES IT TO GOOD MUSIC! LOL!
I would LOVE for him to record an album. He’s so talented. He doesn’t have a typical sound, but it’s his originality that makes him fantastic. He’s so soulful and a great musician. :]
I too hope Rob makes an album. I was crushed recently when I read he stated he would not do this. Yes I love to see him in the movies, but I long to hear more of his music. I want to hear his voice, and the words he has written. It would be such an insight to his soul. Please Rob, do it!
