Sharon Osborune is being sued by the woman she allegedly attacked on her VH1 show Rock of Love: Charm School.
Megan Hauserman filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court Monday against Osbourne.
In the suit, Hauserman claims battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress and claims Osbourne got out of control during a taping, where she grabbed the contestant by the hair and scratched her.
Apparently, Osbourne attacked Hauserman after she told Ozzy Osbourne’s wife that she was only famous because she managed a “brain-dead rock star.”
Hauserman is seeking a jury trial and punitive damages.
