Kelly Clarkson says she’s “horrible” at relationships.

The former American Idol contestant – who recently declared that her single status doesn’t make her a lesbian – insists her work is more important to her than finding the perfect partner.

She says, “I’m actually really horrible at relationships.

“I’m just extremely in love with what I do. I am willing to sacrifice everything for my singing career.

“I was dating a guy, he was really cool, but I was traveling so much I had to be like: ‘No, I’m not going to come home just for you,’

“I didn’t want to be mean, it’s just I actually love being single.”
