Jade Goody Thanks The Public For Their Support
Jade Goody has sent a message of thanks to the public for all the support.
It was reported last weekend that the cancer-stricken reality TV star would be dead by Tuesday.
But Jade, 27, has been smiling through her painful final days after receiving flowers from well-wishers, her friend said.
“Jade just says thanks everyone for the flowers and that her house now smells like the Chelsea Flower Show and it brought a smile to her face,” said close friend and personal trainer Kevin Adams.
Mr Adams has been living at Jade’s Essex mansion and caring for her throughout her ordeal.
Jade’s mother Jackiey Budden said: “I just want to thank the whole public for the support they’ve given Jade and the presents and the flowers and all the support cards.
“Me, Jack [Tweed] and Kevin are the ones who really are in the house looking after Jade with the nurses. We just break down every three minutes and then we’re d*******s and start being stupid and try to laugh against each other and that’s how we’re coping.”

my heart goes out to jade and her family,,,especially her precious 2 little boys,who one morning soon will wake up without a mummy.. i have 2 kids and can’t imagine not being here for them or watching them grow into adults. jade is an inspiration to all. her family should be very proud of what she has acheived in her 27 years.. i hope that when the time comes they take comfort in all their memories…god bless jade…sleep in peace.x

I’ve never been a fan of Jade. I’ve always thought she was a complete ‘nobber’ for want of a better adjective. Yet I’m absolutely gutted that she has died in this way. I’m struggling to understand why I feel like this. She has had no impact on my life, negative, positive, or otherwise, so why should this person have such an effect on me? At the end of the day the worst she was was an idiot. That is hardly an offence or a reason to deserve what she has been through. Not that people go through something as serious as Cancer because they deserve it, of course, nothing could be further from the truth. But I am sat there thinking that this poor young woman, who is an honest woman and a mother of two, has been dealt such a hard hand when there are arseholes like me who would be more worthy of her place. Jade, sweetheart, I just hope you get the peace after death you clearly should have had in life. Rest in peace, you will never know or understand the impact you have had on the rest of us.
