Natasha Richardson was buried at a private funeral in New York Sunday.
The service took place at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Millbrook, N.Y., with burial in a nearby cemetery, according to the AP.
Richardson’s husband, Liam Neeson, put on a brace face as he arrived for the service with sons Micheal, 13, and Daniel, 12.
Burying her daughter on the UK’s Mother’s Day, Vanessa Redgrave was supported by her older daughter Joely Richardson and sister Lynn Redgrave.
Mourners included actors Ralph Fiennes, Alan Rickman, Timothy Dalton and actress Uma Thurman.
Richardson, 45, fell and suffered fatal brain bleeding during a lesson at the Canadian resort of Mont Tremblant on Monday.
Richardson initially appeared unhurt after an “undramatic accident” on a beginners’ run at the resort.
The Tony award-winning actress was taken ill an hour later.
She was taken to the nearby Centre Hospitalier Laurentien before being transferred to the larger Hopital du Sacre-Coeur, in Montreal.
Natasha, 45, was then flown to New York, where her life support was turned off on Wednesday, with Liam, 56, and her mother Vanessa Redgrave at her bedside.
She had bleeding between the brain and skull.
