Halle Berry is keen to have more children.

The actress – who gave birth to daughter Nahla Ariela in March last year – told Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show Monday that she is “mentally ready” to add to her brood.

“My mind says ‘yes’,” she said. “But the rest isn’t up to me so we’ll see.”

Berry, 42, also joked that she isn’t interested in having as many babies as infamous ‘octomom’ Nadya Suleman.

“I hope I don’t have like 14 more,” she said.

Halle’s beau, model Gabriel Aubry, has previously expressed his desire to have another child.

“I believe in big families,” he said.
