Angelina Jolie ‘Offers Brad Pitt $90m For Custody of Kids’

Angelina Jolie has offered Brad Pitt $90m so she can gain full custody of their six children, it has been claimed. Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt

The couple have allegedly split after series of heated rows.

And Jolie, 33, is eager to keep her brood — Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne — together.

“The children are Angelina’s life,” a source tells British magazine Look. “I think she’s already resigned herself to the fact she and Brad may not weather this storm and she’s prepared to do anything to keep them. From the start, Angelina made it clear that money was no object and she’d fight tooth and nail for sole custody of all children.

“The fact remains she wants them with her on a daily basis. To ensure this, Angelina sat Brad down and calmly informed him she was prepared to make a one-off, no questions asked $90m payout to him if he’d agree to forgo a nasty custody battle.

“Angelina is always jetting off all over the world and she has homes in several countries, whereas Brad is more settled in the US. She wants to make it clear the kids will be mostly with her.”

Jolie, 33, is currently in New York as she films her new spy thriller Salt.

The source continues, “Of course, Brad nearly fell off his chair when she proposed the financial settlement. I think he thought she was joking for a while and told her to stop being so ridiculous.

“He rejected the offer and sad in the event of a permanent split, he intends to for — at the least — joint custody and a promise that all children will be raised and educated primarily in the United States near his family.”

“Despite their differences,” the source continues, “Angelina thinks Brad is a brilliant father. But I think he is insulted and above all hurt that despite all he and Angelina have shared together and the children they’ve had, it’s coming down to money.”

    How do you know what Angelina’s net worth is? This break up & custody fight stuff seems just more tabloid science fiction. Nobody knows how much money she has except her confidantes and they’re not calling up the gossip mags and telling them. In addition to big salaries Angelina is big enough that she may have gotten points for Kung Fu Panda & Wanted and both made gobs of money worldwide and on DVD. Don’t believe those lists of what stars make. They are just guessing and they haven’t seen these people’s contracts.

    Yesterday it was reported that they are adopting from the Philippians, the day before another BS story about Brad taking all the kids. The day before it was something else, today it is this BS about her keeping the kids.

    ONE THING SEEMS TO BE REAL. the paparazzi will make up anything to keep Brngelina in print.
    It must be hard to be Angelina or Brad and see so many made up stories. There seems to be no continuity in the BS going around.

    I hope if they are having a problem at home it will iron out really soon.

    They got $20 million just for the baby pictures. They said it was for charity, but they only gave about $1 million and kept the rest. That said I don’t believe this story. I believe they’re toast as a couple, but there’s no way she’s going to take responsibility for those kids full time. She doesn’t stay home with them now when they’re babies, when they get older and start talking back she’ll be sending them to their dad every chance she gets.

    rubbish report. so dumb. as someone in the advise of parental custody and separation- any conversation like this can only be leaked by the parties themselves and neither would do it. its a lawyers nightmare.
    even if they have not separated formally and are contemplating it, believe me they have spoken to the best $500/hour lawyers who would tell them not to discuss any matters as such on their own. believe me , if they can adopt three kids and give birth to three more and as i hear another one on the way, they have and army of his and hers lawyers.
    its so easy to smell a cheap rumor. cheap actions as such come from people who do not have publicists and lawyers. not these two. so go figure…

    Well what can I say? It’s obviously very hard being me – I still sort of have that Fight Club / Snatch body and believe me it can melt the domestic help at 20 paces – even the girls! It was obviously very hard for Ange to come home to our semi-UN enclave every day and find me drinking beer and watching films and not even bothering to learn one of the languages to keep up with our offspring. Even Madonna popped in every now and then with a new African phrase book but I really could not be arsed to tell the truth. Still – with looks like these and another 60 bars in the till to f**k off I reckon I have had a right touch no?     This woman has no principals, she leads a messed up life, and now is pulling Brad down with her she is a very possessive woman I believe that Brad was infactuated with her, and before he knew it like a spider he was pulled into her web and trapped. They are hnever smiling together, she always clinging to him, with Jen they were always smiling and cuddling, that is something you never see with Brad and Angie only if they are on camera. I think Brad still has feelings for Jen and her him. I hope somewhere down the line they will find each other again, and this time it will work.

    seriously next week it will be brad offering Angelina money and so the circle continues…leave them alone. Instead of celebrating that they are making it, raising 6 kids and seem to enjoy each others company not to mention that they both are in agreement that while one works the other tends to the kids because they have priorities says alot.     Her past speaks for herself and her present life confirms it. She is

    of all the couples in the world I pray brad and angie remain together, for the sake of the wonderful family they have and for the love i believe they have for eachother. they are truly a special couple and family and the kids adore them. this has been a fairytale romance to get to witness and they are such tremendeous givers to society. god has truly blessed them in spite of brad being a non believer. this family has a purpose for all of us to be proud of and there is a deep meaning to all of them to be together. they will all leave some kind of giving wonderful legacy to inspire the meaning of family. please work out whatever problems come your way as there are very few power couples who have so much and give so much. you all will make the world a better place for generations to come. bless the jolies/pitts

    It says that Angelina’s children are her life. From what I’ve heard they are splitting because of her infidelity, so, her life is not her kids, it’s getting laid. Why? Because she had to know that fooling around could possibly cost her her children, ergo, they are not her life, otherwise she would never have hit the sheets with whomever. For her to offer whatever sum of money for full custody is borne of guilt. I think keeping the kids close to an extended family, Brad’s, is the key, not jetting off all over the world to various homes that apparently Angelina calls “home.” She needs to go… far away. Maybe to one of her homes, there she can settle down and start renting more children from around the world, and showing them, by example, what a stellar mom she really is. Sheesh.
