David Beckham will lend his name to anything.
And this time, the sexy footballer is promoting a $2,400 mobile phone.
In a rapid departure from his usual, more wholesome look, Beckham is pictured frowning at the camera with part of his face torn away.
Images of his skeleton have been superimposed upon his naked chest while one of his eyes has been replaced by a red laser.
The edgy shot is part of the latest advertising campaign for Motorola. The company is launching the new Aura phone.
As well as Motorola, Beckham is also the face of Adidas, Giorgio Armani and Sharpie pens.
His ten-year sponsorship deal with drinks company Pepsi, which was believed to earn him $4million a year, came to an end in January.
